High efficiency and high performance
Material is cut,pre-dried,pre-heated,pre-homogenized and compacted in the shredding drum.
Many materials can be processed directly without need of the upstream pre-shredding,resulting in a dramatic reduction in operational costs.
Less power consumption cost per kilogram,high throughput,reduced floor space occupation and operator attendance
This line can be used to process wasted thermo plastics:
such as PA, PP, PS, PE, EPE, EPS,PET,UPS,ABS Film etc. And produce granules of the materials.
Different screw design can produce different plastics.This is for hard or differend kinds of film.
Material types:Woven bag,printed LDPE film,film(rolls,loose,bundled),agricultural film waste,foamed plastics(EPS) and fibre.
Different material matched with different die heads and auxiliary machines. There is several pelletizing way, such as water-ring pelletizing way; water-cooling pull strap pelletizing way(like noodles), wind-cooling rubs surface granulation way. Under-water granulation way. The the granulas can be different shape as you need.
Capacity can be from 100kg/h to 1000kg/h with on machine line
Raw material and final pellets
Belt conveyer-compactor-extruder-pelletizing system-chute-Centrifugal dryer-Vibration-Wind transmission-silo
Belt converyer: Send the material into the Compactor
Compactor: Crush and compress the material, threw the material into the extruder
Pelletizing system: cutter the material into pellets
Chute: whe the pellets come out from the die with water in the Chute, and the materil send to Centrifugal
Centrifugal dryer: dryer the pellets, the humidity is about 5%
Wind transmission and system: send the material to the silo.
